As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll need first-class communication skills and the ability to work in a close-knit team. We’d prefer a background in financial services and an FPC qualification, but first-class training will be given.
COMMISSIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST
£competitive, Salford Quays
We need a well-organised teamworker with telephone and communications skills, to deal with all phone, e-mail and fax enquiries; release commission; prepare advance-request papers, and log life-company issues. You’ll need to be accurate, to deliver under pressure and, ideally, to have an FPC1.

We need a born leader who can solve problems and make decisions. You’ll manage, measure and develop responses to customer enquiries. This will mean agreeing objectives, suggesting improvements and managing staff. You’ll need a full FPC (or the desire to achieve one) and high-volume customer enquiry experience.
COMPLIANCE HELPDESK ADVISER
£competitive, Salford Quays
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients about compliance issues. So you’ll need first-rate communication skills and the ability to work in a team. We’d prefer a background in financial services and an FPC qualification, but excellent training will be given.
